1. The Digital Novel
“MONO MARS 0 — Fragments of Deleted Memory” (the “Digital Novel”) is a literary work by M.W. Kim, sold as a single one-time digital purchase. The first 9 chapters are provided as a free preview; the complete Digital Novel (26 chapters, illustrations, 6 languages) is delivered to the purchaser after payment.
2. License granted to you
On purchase, you receive a non-transferable, personal license to read the Digital Novel on any device you own. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or publicly display the content, translations, or illustrations without prior written permission.
3. Intellectual property
The novel, translations, illustrations, and all related materials are copyright © 2025–2026 M.W. Kim and Studio Acorn. The MONO MARS universe and all marks are the property of their respective owners.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment partner. Because the Digital Novel is delivered instantly on purchase, all sales are final once the license key has been issued and used. If you experience a technical failure that prevents access, contact us within 7 days for a manual review.
5. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause temporary downtime.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court.

「MONO MARS 0 — 삭제된 기억의 파편」(이하 “디지털 소설”)은 M.W. Kim(김무원) 저작의 문학 작품으로, 1회 디지털 구매 상품입니다. 첫 9화는 무료 미리보기로 제공되며, 전체 작품 (26화, 일러스트, 6개 언어)은 결제 완료 후 구매자에게 제공됩니다.
2. 라이선스
결제 후 이용자에게는 본인이 소유한 기기에서 디지털 소설을 열람할 수 있는 양도 불가능한 개인 라이선스가 부여됩니다. 콘텐츠·번역·일러스트의 재배포·재판매·역공학·공개 전시는 사전 서면 허가 없이 금지됩니다.
3. 지적재산권
본 소설, 번역, 일러스트, 모든 관련 자료의 저작권은 © 2025–2026 김무원·Studio Acorn에 있습니다.
4. 결제·환불
결제는 당사의 결제 파트너가 처리합니다. 디지털 소설 특성상 라이선스 키가 발급·사용된 후에는 환불이 제한됩니다. 기술적 결함으로 이용이 불가능한 경우 7일 이내 문의해주시면 검토 후 처리합니다.
5. 가용성
접근성 유지를 위해 노력하나 무중단을 보장하지는 않습니다. 점검·제3자 장애·불가항력으로 인한 일시적 중단이 있을 수 있습니다.
6. 면책
서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 모든 묵시적 보증을 부인하며, 간접적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. 준거법·관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법에 따르며, 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 전속 관할로 합니다.
